Now you can make this delicious gluten free treat at home! If you are trying to stay off of sugar use my sugar to agave conversion.
INGREDIENTS
2 ½ c sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp butter
1 c half-and-half
1 tbsp corn syrup
Vanilla
Nuts, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook 2 ½ c sugar, 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 3 tbsp butter, 1 c half-and-half, and 1 tbsp corn syrup over medium heat.
2. Stir until it boils, then wait until it hits 235 degrees.
3. Cool for 10 mins, add vanilla (and nuts, if you prefer) and stir until glossy.
4. Pour into a greased 9-by-9-in. baking pan. Cool, cut, and serve.

You know I always to intend to make your recipes and never quite have the time (I’m one of those gluten free processed foods junkies, sad to say), but I actually made this fudge tonight and I loved and am so inspired to make some of your non-sugary foods too!
