So easy and super yummy. My non-GF husband (this is gluten-free he asked skeptically, yes it was that good) and daughter scarfed it down, but most importantly, my littlest one who is GF said "I love this bread" which is a joyous thing. I made this bread this morning and it's gone already, so I'm making another batch tonight. I used the three mini-loaf pans and it turned out beautifully. THANK YOU!! OMG this is WONDERFUL! So easy and super yummy.
