Gluten-Free Aztec Hot Chocolate

The authentic spices give traditional hot chocolate a kick! To really give yourself a treat make some gluten-free brownie muffins. YUMMY!

INGREDIENTS

½ c organic dark cocoa powder

¾ c superfine sugar

½ tsp ancho chile powder

¼ tsp chipotle powder

½ tsp Vietnamiese cinnamon

hot water or milk of choice

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine cocoa powder, sugar, ancho chile powder, chipotle powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.

2. Mix 2-3 tbsp into a cup of hot water or milk of choice.

Give somebody a special gift by pairing this mix with a travel mug and cinnamon sticks or even adding a gluten- free cookie kit.
