This delicious gluten-free Indian spice can be given as treasured gifts in spice jars. I sent it out as gifts over the holidays and everyone loved it.
INGREDIENTS
½ c coriander seeds
12 c cumin seeds
¼ c dried curry leaves
14 c black peppercorns
3 whole cloves
2 black cardamom pods
2 cinnamon sticks (each 3 inches long)
2 bay leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine ingredients and spread on a baking sheet.
3. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and process into a fine powder in a coffee grinder.
