A Kindergarten Teacher Interviews Tina Turbin

Recently I had the opportunity to be interviewed by a Kindergarten teacher on her radio show Teacher Talk Radio

A wonderfully enlightening show, we discussed topics of importance to teachers, educators, parents and children.  Click here to listen to the show.

I highly recommend that you listen in.  I trust that you will gain new insight from it.  Leave me a comment to let me know what you think!

P.S. We have set a tentative date for early in the new year to do a show dedicated solely to the topic of gluten-free and celiac!

Do you have a recipe that uses eggplant as a substitute for beef? I have found that my family cannot tell the difference, so whenever a meal calls for beef I substitute eggplant for it. Much healthier, and they have yet to catch on. Sneaky, eh? Oh well, what they don’t know won’t hurt them. Thanks for this great site, I’ll bookmark it and come back often. Please visit my recipe web site at http://www.KAChef.com. Bon appetit!
