Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. A fantastic read. I’ll certainly be back.

I have experienced something very similar. After a few months it even seems that my tollerance to things that would normally cause problems, such as dairy, has improved significantly. I also find that it speeds the recovery process when I do have gluten, normally it would take 5 – 7 days to get back to ‘normal’ and it is now only 2 or 3.
