An article was published today in the New York Times entitled: “The Overlooked Diagnosis of Celiac Disease”.
A very well-written article on a largely over-looked topic, I wanted to share the link to the full article with everyone: http://health.nytimes.com/ref/health/healthguide/esn-celiac-ess.html?ref=views

A really interesting read. I’m glad to find people out there like you who work hard to raise gluten-free awareness. My friends are all now on a gluten-free kick and it’s because of people like you! They don’t even have an allergy, like I do, but they love to eat gluten-free!
