New York Times- Celiac is Underdiagosed!

    A really interesting read. I’m glad to find people out there like you who work hard to raise gluten-free awareness. My friends are all now on a gluten-free kick and it’s because of people like you! They don’t even have an allergy, like I do, but they love to eat gluten-free!
