Information about 1-2-3 Gluten Free’s Award Winning Products:

Micah’s Mouthwatering Corn Bread Mix

You add your own sweetener or you choose to leave it out and have true Southern-style corn bread with no sugar at all. Enjoy the corn bread hot out of the oven or use this to make a wonderful stuffing! This mix can also be used to make jalapeno cheddar cornbread, which is great with chili or can be used for corn muffins.  The only grain in this mix is corn so it is perfect for those who have multiple food allergies, including wheat, nuts, gluten, soy, rice, potato, etc.  “Tried your cornbread stuffing at a store demo and I couldn’t believe how great it was – we’re serving that for Thanksgiving this year and can’t wait,” wrote one happy customer in Columbus, Ohio.

Deliriously Delicious Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake Mix

A deep, dark rich chocolate cake – this is wonderful for birthday cakes or any special occasion. You can serve this to your gluten-eating friends and they’ll never know it’s gluten free! You add your own sweetener. Each package makes one 9×13 or two 9″ round or 24 cupcakes.  Directions to make the cake using agave and maple syrup (in place of sugar and brown sugar) are right on the box.  This mix is free of gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, corn, potato and egg. One customer recently said of this mix: “I made the milk chocolate cake

mix for my moms birthday(50), she has been gluten free for 15 years and it was out of this world!!!! tasted like actual chocolate cake. Thank you so much for making a mix that tastes great, it really made her birthday special. I have already recommended to several people because it is the best tasting gluten free treat that I have ever had!!!!!!”

Divinely Decadent Brownie Mix

These are a true chocolate lover’s dream and are winning taste tests nationwide.  Unlike most gluten-free brownies on the market, this mix makes a full 9″x 13″ pan of moist, delectable, chewy, chocolatey brownies with a perfect crunchy top.  These brownies are free of gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, corn and egg.  An egg-free recipe utilizing chick peas is inside the box so these can be made for those with an egg allergy or those who are vegan.  Previously mentioned in the New York Times and Gourmet Retailer Magazine, a customer recently wrote: “I love love love your GF CF brownies! They are so delicious! I used the egg-free recipe on the inside of the box; no one could tell that they were GF or that they had chickpeas as a binder! Hooray for 1-2-3 Gluten-Free!”

Chewy Chipless Scrumdelicious Cookie Mix

These cookies are both scrumptious and delicious — we think you’ll agree.  They’ve got great mouthfeel – you won’t know they’re gluten-free.  Add your own chips, nuts, dried fruits, etc. to make the cookie choose, including a large family-sized cookie (like the kind sold at malls), oatmeal cookies, pumpkin cookies or gingerbread men (see our recipe section or the inside of the box for a some fabulous choices – you won’t believe the versatility here).  This mix is free of gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, corn, potato and egg.  The December 2006 Issue of Gourmet Retailer magazine Editor’s Choice stated the following: “Thankfully, I came across a company that is setting standards in the taste of gluten-free foods…. Since my mom is sensitive to wheat, but has a wicked sweet tooth, I’m always searching for products that taste as good as the real thing. We recently whipped up a batch of Chewy Chipless Scrumdelicious Cookies and added our own semi-sweet and butterscotch chips to the mix (all of the products are extremely versatile and the website features fabulous recipe suggestions). Without doubt, these were the best tasting gluten-free cookies we’ve ever had — the cookies baked up a perfect golden brown with a silky smooth texture and great “mouthfeel,” which is unique in the gluten-free market. In fact, you’d never know these were gluten free.” — Kristin Montalvo, Gourmet Retailer Magazine, December 2006 Issue, p. 99  One Bentonville, AR family wrote: “Once again we are thrilled with your products!! The chipless cookies are out of this world! I dough is so much like the gluten stuff it is amazing! I couldn’t keep the kids out of it!! Thanks for all your hard work!!”

Meredith’s Marvelous Muffin/Quickbread Mix

This mix can be used to make either muffins or quickbread in several flavors, depending on what you add: banana, zucchini, carrot, blueberry, cranberry orange or pumpkin, to name a few.   A great texture and with wonderful versatility, this mix can be a standby in the pantry so you can decide at the last minute what flavor you want to make.  This mix is free of gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, corn and egg.  “I just discovered your Meredith’s Marvelous Muffins/quickbread mix. I made blueberry muffins, using fresh blueberries. They were the best ever, and they stayed fresh for several days. I see that Kroger stores carry your products and can’t wait to see what else they have! Thank you!” wrote one happy customer.
