Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

This delicious cross between peanut butter and chocolate cookies will be sure to please the whole family! Make some gluten-free chocolate brownies too!

INGREDIENTS

 

1 (1-qt.) jar Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

½ c butter, softened

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

 

2. In a large bowl, combine cookie mix, butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until all is combined well. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.

 

3. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool on pans for 2 minutes.

 

4. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight containers.
