INGREDIENTS:
Red peppers
Cashews
Sunflower seeds
Lemon
Yeast (SAF)
Scallions
Garlic
Bunch of kale
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix ingredients together and “massage” with a bunch of kale.
2. Dehydrate.
