This oh-so-delicious recipe is from Sun Power Cafe in L.A. It’s gluten-free, grain-free, and raw. Try it with your favorite gluten-free or grain-free pasta.
INGREDIENTS:
6 c fresh basil
1/3 c hemp seed (soaked 4 hrs)
1 tbsp lemon
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together for 30 to 40 seconds.
