Tina, I am convinced this gluten-free thickener can be used in many ways just as Chef Torado states. I know he used it for orange “souffle” which is amazing, by the way. For one product to be versatile enough to make that recipe as well as my soups, well this is quite a product! I love the sauces he suggests too.
I made some Cream of Mushroom Soup with RC Fine Foods Thickener which Tina gave me to test. It turned out very good and really easy to make
Simple Instructions:
1 heaping Tablespoon of butter
1 cup of mushrooms chopped up
Cooked them with some onions in a little oil or butter
Add 1 cup of milk
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add 2 Tablespoons of RC Fine Foods Thickener
Cooked low heat and stir until it thickens
Eat and enjoy!
I also had a recipe which called for cream of mushroom soup and Campbell’s is NOT gluten-free so, I made my own (above), and then added that to the recipe of Tater-Tot hot dish. Many of your readers with kids may be familiar with this dish. Well, it turned out incredible!

I love these in soups. The beef base is really good and the veggie is delicious
Recipe: olive oil, minced garlic, onion, lemon, chicken base (2 teaspoons), 1 cup sherry, basil, oregano, carrots, parmesan. Added with “bionaturae penne regatta”
• Chicken base: Delicious! These bases taste so much more healthier than bullion cubes. They have so much flavor and a little goes a long way.
• Beef base: perfect! Taste exactly like it should
• Vegetable base: wow! I can really taste the veggies. I could never taste vegetables in other veggie broths
I love the Chicken base. It’s pretty good and great with lemon!
The Beef base: I can taste the beef. Good taste.
The Vegetable base: I could drink it as a nice soup.
