I got this dairy-free ricotta recipe from a class I took at the Sun Power Cafe in L.A. It’s grain-free, gluten-free, and raw…not to mention delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ c raw sesame seeds (soaked 4 hrs and drained)
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp nut yeast
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp lemon juice
½ c water
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all until somewhat chunky-style.
