4 ½ c cauliflower
¾ c cashews, soaked 4 hrs. (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium garlic clove
Blend all ingredients together. If you’re using a Vita-Mix blender, blend fast and long enough to heat up.
