This delicious and simple smoothie is a great way to start the day off and perfect before or after a workout. Kids also love this as a tasty gluten-free afterschool snack.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp raw spirulina
1 ripe banana
½ c curly kale
¾ c water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend ingredients together.
2. Add ½ – ¾ c ice.
