1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or vinegar
It will taste better, but if not, I add 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or vinegar and let it sit 5 to 10 mins.
I put about 1 tbsp vinegar in a liquid measuring cup, then fill it up with milk to make a cup. Let it sit for a few mins, and it will thicken a little. You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar if you prefer.
