Years ago I cam across a company called Crave Bakery. Impressed doesn’t even describe how I felt about their delicious desserts. I was a recently diagnosed celiac and it was really hard for me to find good gluten-free baked goods that didn’t taste like crap or “good for being gluten-free”. Crave Bakery gave me hope for being able to enjoy life a bit more being gluten-free. The owner of this bakery Cameo Edwards is nothing less than a gluten-free goddess. Taste a bite of her lemon tart and you will be bowing down to her.
