Karmic Krunch – a Gluten Free TREAT!

Karmic Krunch is a little granola meets trail mix, meets healthy, meets moist, meets lightly crunchy. It has a slight caramel flavor from just the right about of agave. If anyone is looking for a gluten-free snack that’s truly healthy and satisfying, here’s your purchase.

Sandi Star is a certified Clinical Nutritionist and founder of her own business, Karmic Health. She’s been gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free since about 2005. She struggled for nearly forty years until she finally discovered her body’s intolerances.

As a nutritionist, Sandi said she wanted a treat but wanted to focus on making it as healthy and nutrition-dense as possible without preservatives and without compromising the taste and quality.

Sandi recognizes there’s many more allergies than her three and so has eliminated all gluten, casein, soy, peanuts, and sugar from Karmic Krunch.

Karmic Krunch—I give it a thumbs up and please visit more about Sandi Star and regular contributor on this site/blog. Click here to read part 1, part 2, part 3.

  1. I am so into foods like this that are really healthy for you and that you can eat as if they were treats! I like to put Karmic Kruch over GF nonfat yogurt. YUM!

  2. I’m always up for trying foods designed by nutritionists! Hershey’s Kisses certainly wasn’t!

  3. i think it’s good. it tastes very healthy. it’s very thick, like i’m chewing on a redwood tree. it gets you full really fast. it needs to be a tiny bit sweeter in my opinion and a little less like bark

  4. Complex, sweet and nutty with a honey aftertaste that left me wanting more. Each handful was a bit different than the last
