Dairy-Free Cashew “Sour Cream”


Serve this dairy-free topping on your favorite tasty Mexican dish!

INGREDIENTS:

3/2 c cashews, soaked for at least 4 hrs.

1 ½ tbsp lime juice

1 tsp agave

1 tsp sea salt

½ c filtered water

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a high-powered blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
