Everyday Grain-Free Gourmet is a cookbook offering a clarification to and simplification of the grain-free diet and its health benefits. I haven’t read this book but I tried some cookies out of it a while ago, which were made with almond flour, and they turned out so well that my family just makes these ones instead of regular gf chocolate chip cookies (which a GF flour mix). After reading your review though I see that it may be worthwhile to pick up this book and try some other recipes as well!
