Simple Gluten-Free, Grain-Free Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

½ c almond flour (Honeyville)

¼ c coconut flour

½ tsp salt

2 eggs

1 tbsp orange blossom honey

4 tbsp warm water

¼ – ½ tsp baking soda

Coconut oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Cook in frying pan with coconut oil.

  1. What would be the best substitute for Almond flour? I am allergic to almonds…and I want some pancakes!

    1. I would try a combo of different flours. Like hazelnut and coconut. Coconut by itself I personally find to not be very good so I always combine it with something else. Cassava is also a flour I really like to bake with as it is a light flour.
