This recipe comes from my friend L.D. Sledge. It’s the perfect springtime or summertime treat. It lasts 3-4 days, but it’ll probably disappear before then!
INGREDIENTS:
Cut-up:
Oranges
Pineapples
Granny Smith apples
Grapefruit
Banana
Walnuts
Sliced almonds
Sliced pecans
Tiny marshmallows (optional)
Cherries
Blueberries
Sweetened shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients and mix in a lot of sour cream and lots of sweetened shredded coconut.
