This Gluten-Free Easy Primal Kitchen Egg Salad is so simple and delicious that it is perfect for any meal of the day- breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The recipe is gluten free, low carb, and easy to make! This simple recipe includes avocado and eggs- both nutritional powerhouses.
Avocado is an ideal antioxidant and tastes delicious. If you enjoy avocado, this is the perfect recipe to try because I use both healthy avocado-based mayonnaise and avocado oil, which is extremely beneficial to the body.
I also use Organic free-range Eggs, which are high in protein and low in fat. Eggs are great for the skin, because it provides an antioxidant called lutein that creates extra hydration and elasticity for the skin. Also, you get your second dose of hydration with the protein that eggs also provide. Two times the hydration, oh my! Plus, the egg whites are high in protein and include albumin, a type of protein that maintains the form of firm, pretty skin and works to remove excess oil from the skin. Say hello to your beautiful and firm skin that comes from your first bite of this salad!
Perfect to top on salads or on a sandwich, this recipe will definitely be a go-to!
